Once the Portrait is purchased, please follow up by emailing us at: Windyprairiepainting@gmail.com
with:
Your name and your pet(s) names in the description of the email.please attache 2–3 photos of EACH pet.
If no email is made, we will reach out to ask for photos. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide photos of your pet!
Once portraits are done, you will receive a follow-up email with photos. Finished within 1–2 weeks, then ships for 4–5 days. Please be sure to respond to approve or edit the portraits before shipping. If approval is not given within 5 days, we will ship your art to ensure you receive the order.
Eyes are generally an adorable, rounded oval filled in with black ink. If eye color or shape is crucial to the likeness of the animal, changes will be made at the discretion of the artist!
Finished within 1–2 weeks, then ships in 4–5 days. Please list if needed by a certain date in the additional notes section!

This custom hand-drawn portrait is created using alcohol markers and water-based ink pens. Along with some colored pencils and acrylic ink for highlights!
This portrait comes with your pet's name above its head!
The portrait does not include a background.

Order Process and Shipping
After ordering, you must follow up by emailing us at windyprairiepainting@gmail.com. Please put your and your pet's name in the description with your pet's most beloved 2–3 photos.
If you have any issues replying to the email with your photos directly on our website, please email your photos to WindyPrairiePainting@gmail.com with your pet's name in the subject line.
We will follow up if no email with photos is sent!
Please be sure to note any special dates for your artwork. Any sooner than 3 weeks must be noted to get the most optimal service.
When your portrait is finished in (1-2 weeks time), we will send a photo for your final review! Minor changes can be made at this time with no additional fees.
Once approved, your portrait will be shipped. If not approval is given within five days, your portrait will ship on its own. Shipping takes 3–5 days in the USA and is paid for by the customer. Please keep in mind large holidays like Christmas will affect this by up to 10 days additionally.
Please also feel free to add any additional information about your pet you would like to. Any preferences on, toys, collars, bandanas etc. that appear in photos are appreciated.
We love to hear about a pet's life and your special relationship. It brings us a huge amount of joy and helps bring your artwork to life. To know more about your beloved animal is to be able to capture them most accurately. This is of course not required!
