This portrait was originally commissioned from me by a dear friend whose pup sadly passed away. After using the print as a display to show off the size and style of my multimedia pet portraits, I had several customers ask if they could buy a print of it as it looked like their dog!
 
I love the concept that the spirit of the lab is almost universal in its sweet and lovable demeanor. That their personality shines through even a simple painting like this one is a testament to the breed.
